The COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath have created scarcity and anxiety for so many, and I was inspired to make an album called Abundant Living, 8 pieces of original music, to inspire and uplift.

The music is organized to feel like a day of plenty (even with some bumps in the road, which inspired the song "Cripe!"). The closing song is called “Sleepytime” - it's a long, gentle, tranquil track, perfect for falling asleep at the end of the day.
